I Have two Singapore Bullion Coin sets sealed in thick laminate…?

They are 1990 series. On the front side it contains the following: A profile shot of a lion’s head with his mouth open, $5, and says “1/20 oz 999.9 gold. The reverse side is in a language i can’t understand, but does say across the top “sinapura”. These coins are roughly 3/4 the size of a USD Dime. So very small but in MINT condition.
