It has Kalima Tayyaba on one side with names of 4 Khulfa-e-Rashidin i.e.Abu Bakar,Umar,Usman,Ali- written around!
edit @ tin: yes, it is sort of antique.I have got fixed a loop to it and wear it in chain as a pendant.

I don’t think this is a UAE coin , may be from Medina or Ottoman pre-WW1 money
if so it should have a collector’s value
